1 lb (450 g) rock shrimp, peeled and deveined 3 tbsp (45 ml) olive oil 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 / 4 cup (60 ml) dry white wine 1 / 4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 1 / 4 cup (60 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice 4 tbsp (60 g) unsalted butter 1 / 4 cup (15 g) fresh parsley, chopped Lemon slices, for garnish
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. 2. Add the rock shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Stir in the white wine and red pepper flakes, then season with salt and pepper. 3. Pour in the lemon juice and add the butter, stirring continuously until the butter melts and the sauce thickens slightly. 4. Remove from heat and mix in the fresh parsley.
