2 pork tenderloins 1 / 3 cup (80 ml) soy sauce 2 tbsp (30 ml) sesame oil 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh ginger, grated 2 tbsp (30 ml) honey
1. In a large resealable bag, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and honey. Add the pork tenderloins and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. 2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Remove pork from marinade and pat dry. 3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork on all sides until browned. 4. Transfer to the oven and roast for 20-25 minutes. Let the tenderloin rest before slicing and serve.
