1. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated. 2. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter. 3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until they are browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes. 4. Serve the meatballs with pasta, in a sub sandwich, or as an appetizer with your choice of sauce.
