1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and milk, letting them soak together for a few minutes. 2. Add the ground beef, beaten egg, chopped onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, and half of the ketchup to the breadcrumb mixture. Mix everything together until well combined. 3. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and press it evenly into shape. Spread the remaining ketchup over the top of the meatloaf. 4. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving. ---
