Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked. 4. Warm the Greek flatbreads slightly in a pan or microwave to make them pliable. 5. Layer the fresh spinach leaves on each flatbread. 6. Once the salmon is cooked, gently flake it with a fork and place on top of the spinach. 7. Drizzle a little olive oil over the ingredients. 8. Roll the flatbread tightly around the filling and slice in half to serve.
